In order to apply for 10th and 11th grade status, the applicant must have completed a curriculum similar to the curriculum at Loyola, and achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in academic subjects with no grade lower than “C”.
2. APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER ADMISSION FORM
Complete the transfer application for admission form and mail it together with your parent spiritual dimension form, personal essay, curriculum vitae and $75.00 application fee. Please submit these at your earliest convenience. Deadline: April 20, 2017.
3. PARENT SPIRITUAL DIMENSION FORM
This form should be completed by parents.

4. PERSONAL ESSAY
The Admissions Committee asks that you help us form a more complete picture of yourself by writing a personal essay. Please answer the three (3) questions on the form provided in the space provided. The Committee places a high value on your honest self-description. Deadline:April 20, 2017.
5. CURRICULUM VITAE
Please outline for the Admissions Committee information about your time spent inside and outside the classroom in high school. You will be limited to one typed page. View the SAMPLE to assist you in completing this component of the application. Please only illustrate your involvement in high school. Deadline: April 20, 2017.
6. RECOMMENDATION FORMS
Submit three letters of recommendation; one from either your principal or counselor, one from a current teacher and one from your Pastor/Minister at your place of worship. The recommendations should focus on academic and personal characteristics in support of the application. You should provide a stamped envelope to the person writing the recommendation. All recommendations are confidential, used only by the appropriate officials of the school. At no time will the applicant have access to them. Deadline: April 20, 2017.
7. ACADEMIC RECORD REPORT
Submit an official transcript of grades and scores on standardized tests taken during high school. If the student is currently in 9th grade, please include a 3rd Quarter progress report. Deadline: April 20, 2017.
8. APPLICATION FEE
A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 must be submitted with the application form.
All application forms due to Admissions Office by April 20, 2017. Notification Letters mailed May 26, 2017. Response Letters due with $400.00 deposit June 9, 2017.
