Brendan M. McCracken '84

Brendan M. McCracken is Vice President of Leasing for Equity Office.  He has over 14 years experience in commercial real estate.  Currently, Brendan directs leasing and marketing activities for Equity Office buildings in downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena and Glendale.  Prior to joining Equity Office, McCracken worked for J.H. Snyder Company as Vice President for Leasing.  Brendan holds a B.S degree in Economics/Business and an MBA from UCLA.

Michael G. O'Brien '83

Michael Gavin O'Brien is a financial advisor employed by Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Los Angeles.  He has over 17 years experience as a financial professional.  Michael is licenses as a Broker-Dealer Registered Representative.  He attended U.C. Berkeley and is an alum of Loyola High School.

Mark C. Holscher '80

Mark Holscher is a nationally recognized trial attorney. He is consistently recognized by Chambers USA, U.S. News and World Report, Best Lawyers®, and the International Who's Who of Business Crime Lawyers. Since 2008, Mark has been selected every year as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers” in California by the Daily Journal.

Mark’s background as a former Assistant United States Attorney coupled with his successful civil trial record has established him as a leading lawyer for companies and individuals facing significant litigation. In the last four years, Mark has obtained plaintiffs verdicts and settlements of over $750 million, with multiple nine figure recoveries. Mark has also successfully defended clients against claims in excess of a billion dollars.

Over the past decade, Mark has conducted numerous internal investigations and acted as lead trial and appellate counsel for blue chip companies and individuals in parallel civil and criminal matters brought by the SEC, DOJ and other regulatory agencies involving alleged violations of securities, environmental, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, tax and other laws. His complex civil litigation experience includes breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, securities and trade secret cases.

Mark also has extensive experience in litigation involving the entertainment industry. He is currently representing banks, private equity funds and hedge funds, and studios in several profit participation disputes including slate financing agreements.

The California Lawyer has selected Mark twice as “Attorney of the Year” for his pro bono representations. In 2013, Mark was selected for his representation of the first group of parents in the country to obtain court orders forcing a school district to implement a “parent trigger” petition empowering them to take control of an underperforming school.

Jane Hawley Co-President of Mothers's Guild

Jane received her B.A. in Communications from Santa Clara University in 1990.  She worked in the entertainment industry for 20 years doing post production work specifically in client management.  She also worked for Vidfilm and Technicolor both here in L.A and in London.  Her last position with Technicolor was VP, Worldwide Client Management. Her clients included Disney, Sony, Dreamworks, Universal and Miramax.  She has three children, her two sons, Henry and Nolan are students of Loyola and she has a daughter, Caroline.  Jane is a daughter, sister and wife of Cubs as well.  She even attended Loyola in summer school back in 1981.  Currently, she is the Co-President of the Mothers' Guild.

Linda Mennis

Linda is the mother of Will ‘03 and Michael ’06; she is past President of the Mothers’ Guild and current President of the St, Ignatius Guild. Her interest in Catholic Education has led to her serving on the boards of six Catholic schools. Currently she is a member of the boards of Assumption Parish School and Mayfield Senior School, as well as Loyola High School where she is Chairman of the Mission and Identity Committee. Linda has a BA in Political Science/History from Duke University, and a JD from Loyola Law School.
