Password Retrieval


What if I don't know my password?

Loyola High School takes very seriously the security and privacy of all student accounts.  We cannot, under any circumstances, provide passwords to your accounts over the phone or other electronic means. If you have forgotten your password, you must either fill out our form or make an appointment to meet:

Students:  Canvas, Q Student Connect and Student Email (Gmail)
Parents: Q Parent Connect

These applications all use the same username and login and are set by Loyola.  You can retrieve your password by appointment only.  (Note: Parents do not have logins to Canvas.)

These applications all use the same username and login and are set by Loyola.  You can retrieve your password by filling out the form on this page only.  (Note: Parents at this time do not have unique logins to Cubview.)

Memorize your Login and Password

Your login and password is your key to vital information about you, including your grades and communication with the school.  Keep it safe, secure and available at all times. 

Can anyone else assist me with password retrieval?

No.  Only Ms. Collins and Mrs. Wells can offer you this assistance, and only in person.  No one else, including the front office, can retrieve your password.
