Darrell Stewart ’78
Darrell Stewart is the Public Sector Director for Intel, the world’s leading producer of microchips, computing and communication products. After Loyola, Mr. Stewart attended UCLA majoring in Political Science. After completing his formal education, Mr. Stewart held various sales and management positions.
Mr. Stewart has been married for over 25 years to his wife Dalys and has three sons, Dorian ‘04, Darrell ‘05 and Devin ‘08. A member of the Saint Barnabas Parish in Long Beach, CA, Mr. Stewart serves on the pastoral council, Director of the Usher Ministry and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Mr. Stewart also served as the President of the Loyola High School African American Alumni Society, served on the Executive Council of the Loyola Alumni Association, and is a current Board Member of Loyola High School of Los Angeles. He also participates in various organizations and associations working to enhance education through effective use of technology, including serving on the board of the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF), SmartRiverside, Classroom of the Future Foundation and a Corporate Board member of Computer Users in Education.
