Highlights of the Luncheon
- This year’s Luncheon will once again make use of our new Caruso Hall and Hayden Circle, the ideal venues to show off your creativity and enjoy camaraderie with your fellow Cub moms/guardians.
- Join nine decades of Loyola mothers/guardians in their mission to raise important funds for faculty and staff development.
- Create a lasting memory as you enjoy a shaded, catered lunch in Loyola’s beautiful Hayden Circle with Loyola friends old and new.
- Stroll through Caruso Hall and visit unique Design Spaces appointed by your fellow Cub moms/guardians, while enjoying fellowship, tasty food and drinks from each space.
- Shop exclusive merchandise available only in the Luncheon Pop-up Shop. Get there early because these items often sell out.
- Test your luck in the Luncheon Raffle.
- Purchase select must-have décor items from each space.
- Know that your contributions have a direct impact on every Loyola student’s journey as they grow and become Men for and with Others.

Loyola High School’s LMG Luncheon Preview Night on Friday, April 26th is officially SOLD OUT!
Hostess Underwriting
TO BECOME A HOSTESS IN CLOSED.
Hostesses will join a group depending on geographic area, sport or extracurricular activity. Each group’s hostesses team up to build a Design Space based on their chosen theme. Each Design Space offers merchandise, presents auction and raffle items, and so much more. The groups include:
- Aquatics
- Baseball
- Basketball
- Beach Cities/South Bay
- Cross Country/Track
- Football
- Hancock Park
- La Canada and Friends
- Lacrosse
- Long Beach and Neighboring Cities
- Palisades/Brentwood
- Park Hills
- Pasadena
- Valley
- West LA
- Westchester/Playa del Rey/Ladera
The Hostess Underwriting Donation is $150 per Hostess for each group in which that Hostess participates. As a hostess of any group’s Design Space, you are helping to underwrite the cost of the decorative elements for that Design Space. These include rentals, decor, boys’ photos, and appetizers/drinks that are part of your group’s Design Space hospitality at the Luncheon. Design Group Budgets are not to be used for Hostess Planning Parties (i.e., food/drink) or the costumes hostesses wear on the day of the Luncheon. Again, because your budget represents a donation to Loyola High School, please be conscientious of how each dollar is spent. The more creative you can be, the more is left for Loyola and our boys in the end!
Benefits of being a Hostess:
- Guaranteed seating at the Luncheon.
- Participation in set-up week activities.
- Each Hostess’ son will be featured in the Cub photo display featured in your group’s Design Space.
- Hostesses have first access to exclusive merchandise at the Luncheon Pop-up Shop (Hostesses who choose to sponsor may also get early access to the shop).
