About Summer School at Loyola

Summer Session Registration is Now Open

SUMMER SESSION 2019

JUNE 17 – JULY 19, 2019

The Loyola High School of Los Angeles Summer Session offers a comprehensive and innovative course of study for young men and women who will enter grades sixth through twelve in August of the upcoming school year.

Now in its fifty-ninth year of successful operation, the summer curriculum is designed to reinforce the fundamental concepts, attitudes, and skills necessary for academic success in a variety of subject areas. In addition, Loyola Summer Session provides opportunities for participation in and development of co-curricular skills. The summer program is designed to combine serious academic study and physical activity with a relaxed social atmosphere.

Summer Session will run from Monday, June 17th until Friday, July 19th. July 4th and 5th are school holidays, so school will not be in session these days.

Early registration is suggested as enrollment is determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registration will open March 6, 2019 and must be completed by May 22, 2019. Late registration is available from May 23-June 19, 2019 with an additional $50.00 processing fee per class. The cost for most courses is $500.00. If you have any questions, please contact summerquestions@loyolahs.edu.

On behalf of the summer session faculty and staff, we hope your son or daughter will find the summer session to be an enjoyable learning experience.
