Become A Hostess
- Planning for the Loyola Mothers’ Guild Spring Luncheon has begun! To purchase a seat at the Luncheon, you must FIRST register as a hostess. You may register as a hostess with multiple groups, but are limited to 1 seated luncheon ticket.
- Thank you for considering a Luncheon Sponsorship. Sponsorships can be purchased during the Hostess registration window, February 13th – March 6th.
- After purchasing your hostess email, check your inbox for your confirmation email. The link to purchase a Luncheon ticket can be found there. Please do so ASAP, as tickets sell out quickly.
- Can’t host this year? – Hold tight, the link to purchase Luncheon tickets will be sent out to everyone on March 23rd.

Wednesday, April 29 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 30 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday, May 1 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

- This year’s Luncheon will be in Caruso Hall, the ideal venues to show off your creativity and enjoy camaraderie with your fellow Cub moms/guardians. Join nine decades of Loyola mothers/guardians in their mission to raise important funds for faculty and staff development.
- Create a lasting memory as you enjoy a catered lunch with Loyola friends old and new.
- Stroll through Caruso Hall and visit unique Design Tables appointed by your fellow Cub moms/guardians, while enjoying fellowship.
- Shop exclusive merchandise will be available only in the Luncheon Pop-up Shop. Get there early because these items often sell out.
- Know that your contributions have a direct impact on every Loyola student’s journey as they grow and become Men for and with Others.

Volunteer for the Luncheon
Join us as we prepare for the luncheon, it’s a great opportunity to meet new Cub moms and re-connect with others. We’ll have FUN as we work together to create something special for our sons and school community. Sign-ups for shifts will be available at a later date.
Just as a friendly reminder, if you sign up for a volunteer shift for Preview Night and/or the Luncheon, you must have purchased the appropriate ticket.
