Preview Night Hours:
Friday, May 1 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Luncheon Day Hours:
Saturday, May 2 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Schedule of Set-Up Week:
Wednesday, April 29 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 30 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday, May 1 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Pop-Up Shop Hours will be updated at a later date.

• This year’s Luncheon will be in Caruso Hall, the ideal venues to show off your creativity and enjoy camaraderie with your fellow Cub moms/guardians. Join nine decades of Loyola mothers/guardians in their mission to raise important funds for faculty and staff development.
• Create a lasting memory as you enjoy a catered lunch with Loyola friends old and new.
• Stroll through Caruso Hall and visit unique Design Tables appointed by your fellow Cub moms/guardians, while enjoying fellowship.
• Shop exclusive merchandise will be available only in the Luncheon Pop-up Shop. Get there early because these items often sell out.
• Know that your contributions have a direct impact on every Loyola student’s journey as they grow and become Men for and with Others.

Planning for the 94th Loyola Mothers’ Guild Spring Luncheon has begun! We are excited to share with you information on how you can be a part of LMG’s largest community-building fundraiser of the year.

Come and learn everything you need to know straight from the Luncheon Co-Chairs about how the Luncheon comes together and how you can get involved. We will help connect with a group and outline how you can work alongside them to support this great event!

Just as a friendly reminder, if you sign up for a volunteer shift for Preview Night and/or the Luncheon, you must have purchased the appropriate ticket.
