James Hannon ’80

Jim Hannon is an experienced general manager and management consultant. Prior to joining Ferrazzi Greenlight, Jim ran one of the country’s largest non-bank credit card processors, with 13,000 merchant customers in the U.S. and Canada. He has served as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as the director of strategy for a $1-billion private conglomerate.

As a consultant, Jim has helped companies large and small craft strategies for top-line growth and bottom-line improvement. Jim has extensive project management experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction fields.

Jim earned his MBA with honors from UCLA Anderson, where he was selected as commencement speaker. He holds a BSE from Princeton University. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife Jenny and their grade-school twins. In addition to his work with Ferrazzi Greenlight, Jim is the CFO for a charitable foundation, chairs the Board of Directors for Loyola High School of Los Angeles, and serves on the board of several other philanthropic organizations. In his spare time, Jim coaches youth sports and enjoys water-skiing, snow skiing, volleyball and golf.
