The STEAM Solutions Expo on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, is an immersive, hands-on exhibition where each STEAM Scholar team has an opportunity to bring a social innovation prototype to life. STEAM Scholars have been working on their ideas and prototypes for the past two years distilling their objectives and manufacturing prototypes by using the principles of design thinking.

Presentation Elements:

1. Live Demonstrations & Interactive Stations
   • Guests can physically interact with and test the prototypes
   • Hands-on displays featuring sensors, VR elements, or real-time data
2. STEAM Impact Gallery
   • Augmented reality (AR) posters that show project evolution
   • Visual storytelling using infographics, video, and digital simulations
3. “Shark Tank” Pitch Session
   • Teams will deliver a 5-minute pitch to a panel of industry experts
   • Judges include scientists, engineers, artists, city planners, and entrepreneurs
4. Community Engagement Wall
   • Guests can vote for their favorite project
   • QR codes will allow attendees to leave digital feedback for each team
5. Grant Opportunity & Implementation Awards
   • The best projects could receive funding for real-world deployment
   • Special recognition for creativity, sustainability, and community impact
   • The top project will receive the distinguished “Agents of Change” Award
