The Loyola High School Mothers’ Guild (LMG) is a welcoming community of current mothers who support our Cubs and Loyola through hospitality, service and fundraising. LMG is pivotal in its support of many Loyola events, including the Blue and White Party, Freshman Retreat, Open House, Mother-Son Mass, Interchange, Preview Night, the LMG Spring Luncheon and many more. We invite you to join this wonderful group of Cub Moms and stay connected to the Loyola community!
HISTORY: In 1931, mothers of Loyola students and other women donors banded together to form the Henry Welsh Guild, named in honor of former rector-president Fr. Henry Welsh, SJ. Today, renamed the Mothers’ Guild, it serves as a hospitality and welcome group for Loyola High School. In additions, it conducts a variety of fundraising activities, resulting in a much-appreciated annual gift to Loyola High School, earmarked for faculty enrichment. The Guild creates opportunities for service to the school and fellowship among the mothers of current students. In 2001, Rev. Robert T. Walsh, S.J., former President of Loyola High School, awarded the St. Ignatius Medal of Honor to the Mothers’ Guild.

LMG Luncheon 101 via Zoom
Please join us on October 15, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.
We are excited to introduce you to a new format of the LMG Luncheon as we dine inside Caruso Hall for the first time!
We are going “Back to Basics” and focusing on community building among moms while expressing our amazing creativity at themed tables. Let’s have some fun and raise some money while we are at it! We’re calling it Creating Community in Caruso.
We ask all current Loyola moms to join us for “Luncheon 101” as we illustrate how the themed table concept has been executed and how it will work inside its new home of Caruso Hall. Learn everything you need to know about how the Luncheon comes together and how you can get involved. We will outline the ways you can work alongside other Cub moms to support this great event and help you connect with a specific group!
Please join us for “Luncheon 101” on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom.
