This course is designed to cover fundamental and current topics in healthy habits and wellness. This semester course focuses on the six dimensions of health: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social. Throughout the semester we will cover areas of conflict resolution, injury prevention, alcohol and other drugs, community and environmental health, family health and sexuality, mental and emotional health, nutrition, personal and consumer health, physical activity, and tobacco. This course is a graduation requirement.
