Summer: Adult Fitness

Length: 5 weeks–Classes begin on June 18th and meet Monday through Thursday. There is no class on Friday.
Adult Fitness will entail various types of workouts throughout the five-week class. Participants will start with an introduction to exercises that work a variety of body parts and an initial fitness test that will help you measure your improvements from Week 1 through Week 5. Resistance training, circuit training, and Cardio Blast are just a few examples of activities that will be covered. The class is designed for all levels of fitness and will allow you to work out at a pace that fits your individual needs.
