Length: 5 weeks–Classes begin on June 18th and meet on Mondays only.
An introduction to mindful awareness. Learn formal and informal mindfulness meditation techniques and how this practice relates to enhanced sense of well-being in our daily lives. Topics discussed include reduction of stress, anxiety and depression, pain management, dealing with negative emotions and cultivating positive emotions, enhancing relationships and more.
