Summer: Adult Yoga

Length: 5 weeks–Classes begin on June 18th and meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.
As a yoga class for all levels, we will move through our Asanas (postures) with a breath to movement flow. Yoga is a key essential for all people to improve flexibility, balance, core strength, as well as provide a low impact source of recovery and over all wellness and vitality. Students need to provide their own yoga mat and towel.
