Darkroom photography is not dead! It is alive and well at LHS! Please join us this summer for an extensive overview of film processing, darkroom printmaking and proper camera use as a means for shooting and creating artistic, thought-provoking photographic images. Students will learn basic composition techniques, proper camera use (lens focal length, shutter speed, and aperture manipulation), film processing, and darkroom print processing. Through this course, students will be able to have a strong grasp on traditional film photography that will also lead into digital photography. Come join us! Students must bring their own 35mm SLR film cameras and TMAX 400 black and white film.
