Tired of overexposed and underexposed digital photographs? Feel like giving up on your attempts to learn Photoshop? Would you like to learn how to add more detail, contrast, and color balance to your images? Please join us this summer for a foundational overview of digital photography and Photoshop CS3 software. Students will learn basic composition techniques, proper camera use, file formats, ISO settings, and light balance. Through this course, students will be able to learn how to correct contrast, color balance, gray scale balance, abstract and manipulate images, and photo collage layering techniques. Come join us in creating artistic, thought-provoking photographic images! Students must bring their own 35mm Digital SLR cameras. Canon or Nikon preferred.
