Summer: Off-Season Weight Training and Conditioning

Open to: Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors

Using Loyola’s Pernecky Weight Room facility, this program is open to returning Loyola student athletes who participated in winter or spring sports, and should be strongly considered for all athletes who plan on participating in winter or spring sports in the upcoming year. The focus of this class will be developing strength, power, speed, size, and sound lifting and movement mechanics in preparation for summer competition and pre-season training in the fall. Classes begin June 20th and meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The special start time for Period 0 weight training is 6:00 a.m.

Tuition is $385.00.
