This course is designed for all students who desire instruction and practice in various swimming strokes, lifesaving techniques, and endurance swimming, regardless of previous swimming experience. Both first-time and experienced swimmers are welcome, and all students will progress. Each student must have his/her own bathing suit.  Coaches will be on deck to give group instruction as well as personal one-on-one attention to the students. We look forward to seeing you on the pool deck!
