Summer: Water Polo Weight Training and Conditioning

Open to: 10th-12th grades – Loyola Students Only
Length: 5 weeks–Classes begin June 18th and meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Players will use Loyola’s Pernecky Weight Room facility. This program is open to returning Loyola water polo players and should be considered for all athletes who plan to participate in water polo in the summer and fall.
