Student Health

The Student Health Office was developed to:
  • Keep all students’ health information centralized in one location.
  • Assist in communication between students, parents, administrators, teachers, counselors and coaches in matters pertaining to a student’s physical health.
  • Notify administrators, teachers, counselors and coaches as needed when a student needs academic adjustments due to injury or illness.
The Student Health page is currently being updated with new forms and instructions for the 2026-2027 school year. Please return after May 1, 2026 for all the necessary information for the 2026-2027 school year.
PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE A PHYSICAL UNTIL AFTER MAY 1, 2026. If you have any questions you can email Mr. Tim Moscicki directly at tmoscicki@loyolahs.edu.

We are currently updating information and directions on the Loyola Student Health website. More information to come soon. This is where detailed information and instructions on completing all student health requirements can be found.

California State Law mandates that all students attending school MUST show proof of immunization. Your previous school should have a copy of your completed immunization. Loyola High School has already asked for these documents to be sent with your final transcripts. However, it is still your responsibility to make sure we receive your up to date immunization form. You will not be allowed to attend school until we receive your immunization form.
